• Ongoing reality modifications based on subscription level

3. User Consent & Participation

• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided only in cases where we fail to deliver the promised experience
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

• Screening all executors through background checks
• Maintaining professional boundaries at all times

All glitch designs, methodologies, and content created by Glitch remain our intellectual property. You may share your experiences but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our designs or methodologies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Glitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Experiences that don't meet your expectations
• Emotional responses to your glitch experiences
• Third-party actions outside our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Modifications to Terms
