Our Satisfaction Commitment
We stand behind Glitch. If you're not experiencing the value you expected within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll work with you to make it right—or give you a full refund. No complicated forms, no interrogation.
Subscription Refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
New subscribers are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your Glitch experience during your first month, contact us for a full refund of that billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- You'll retain access to Glitch until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Any unused glitches in your current period remain available until it ends
Partial Month Refunds
We don't offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, except in unusual circumstances. We believe in keeping things simple and fair.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@glitch.today
- Include your account email address
- Brief description of why you'd like a refund (helps us improve)
We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you're facing financial hardship, medical issues, or other exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us. We're human, and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
Service Interruptions
If we experience significant service interruptions that affect your ability to receive or experience glitches, we'll automatically extend your subscription or offer a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
What This Policy Doesn't Cover
To be clear about expectations:
- Subjective experience: Glitch creates experiences designed to shift perspective. We can't guarantee specific emotional responses or life outcomes.
- Outside interference: We're not responsible for external factors that may affect your glitch experience (e.g., missed emails due to spam filters).
- Fraudulent claims: We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.
